The CTF-807-LX2 is designed to form the distal and proximal ends of catheter tubes, utilizing an advanced catheter flaring system. This innovative design includes features such as straight-tapered tips, rounded tips, rounded-edge tips, and hood-formed tips, all of which can be effectively created using a servo catheter tipper or an RF welding machine.
The LXS2 model is designed to form two standard-length catheters simultaneously, each featuring independent temperature control, making it an efficient catheter flaring system. Its servo slide ensures precise speed and consistent results, leveraging advanced technology similar to that found in an RF welding machine. Additionally, the servo catheter tipper allows for versatile tip configurations, including straight-tapered tips, 4" taper tips, rounded-edge tips, and hood-formed tips.
The CTF-807-LX3 is designed to form long tip catheters using an advanced catheter flaring system. We have successfully developed a system that can control the heat distribution across the die surface evenly, enhancing the performance of our RF welding machine. This ensures precision in the formation of long tapered tips and long introducers, with the assistance of our servo catheter tipper.
The ONEX Basic Heat Sealer, equipped with a single shuttle, operates without the need for an RF welding machine to seal HDPE, LDPE, or multi-layer EVA films. This compact heat sealer is ideal for small products and R&D applications, particularly for various European medical products that require Non-PVC materials. The system features a heated upper platen and test dies, making it a versatile choice for applications such as a catheter flaring system or as a component in a servo catheter tipper.
We manufacture catheter tipping dies and provide a comprehensive catheter flaring system, assisting R&D and OEM clients who require a fast turnaround of dies or sample catheters.
